Stupid Move
I did a long run a week before my Half Marathon. As I’ve said before I don’t follow training plans but a group from Run Club was doing a run on Saturday and I wanted to join in.
11.6 miles in the bag. If I could do this then I feel confident about the half next weekend. The red spots show where you slowed down a bit. If you know London you know those are tourist spots so I had to dodge each tourist, kid, and stroller in those areas which wasn’t enjoyable.
