The Olympics Are Here

There has been much anticipation for the upcoming London 2012 olympics and it’s finally here! Wenlock has been seen all over town as statues, on clothings, on flags and so on.

 This morning was also my first experience of many to come with the horrific commute to work.  I took the tube to St. Pauls as usual and then I cross over the Millenium bridge to my office.  Well even after asking the policemen if the bridge was open I get there and it was closed.  I had to figure out plan B and walk across another bridge.

I also forgot the torch relay was this morning so I was stuck in parade traffic and couldn’t cross the street for a while so I decided to take some photos instead.

It’s going to be a crazy couple of weeks!
